Upcoming Spring Events at ATA Karate Denver

Well hello there and Happy Spring (though it may not feel like it today with a blizzard on the way)!

We’re ramping up for a busy, and fun, season at ATA Karate Denver. Make sure to follow us on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram to stay up-to-date on all of the exciting going-ons.

Bullying Prevention Seminar

Both children and parents will learn prevention and defense measures to help children cope with bullying, both inside their school and neighborhood. They will learn to defend themselves and help others.

Registration is required and limited. Call 720-344-3030 to reserve your space.

Renew the Ranch

Volunteers are invited to participate in Renew the Ranch to help clean up designated park and open space areas in the community.

Renew the Ranch is a kid-friendly activity. Groups, families, and individuals are all encouraged to attend. This is a great opportunity for families to volunteer together and for high school students to earn community service hours required for graduation.

To sign up or ask questions, send us a message on social media, call us at 720-344-3030, or stop in to see us at 205 W County Line Rd, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129.

Mother’s Day Workout

Mother’s Day is right around the corner. If you aren’t sure what to get Mom this year, don’t sweat it. Instead, try sweating it out. While flowers are always appreciated, why not step it up and plan a gym date instead? Partner workouts are a unique way to stay active while celebrating the day. Pro tip: Score some serious points by treating her to brunch or pedicures after.

Bring your mom or someone special for a workout on May 11th at ATA Karate Denver from 11am – 12pm. This event is open to the public and ATA members alike.

To reserve your spot, contact ATA Karate Denver by sending us a message on social media, call us at (720) 344-3030, or come in to see us at 205 W County Line Rd, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129.

Let us help you.

ATA Karate Denver offers free employee safety courses to all area businesses. We’ll go over physical areas of the business that may be more susceptible to crime than others such as parking areas, as well as self-defense techniques you can employ if attacked. There’s no reason not to feel safe if you take the proper precautions and we want to help you do that. Just contact us at (720) 344-3030 or send us a message on social media. We look forward to improving your safety precautions together!
